A lovely little restored vintage puffy heart charm from the 1970s.  Crafted in gold-plated sterling silver, the charm features subtle engraved detailing on both sides, giving it a whimsical, romantic feel.

The heart pendant sits on one of our signature 18 inch belcher chains.  Only 1 available. 

The heart measures 1.2cm in length and it sits on an 18 inch women's chain.
